Sooner than I thought XD

Hey, it just occured to me... I've been writing about all kinds of things here, but never mentioned anything more about myself except what I study and who my closest people are! XD I'm lame!

I'm going to translate the ten facts about me I wrote for facebook's "60 days photo challenge", because I'm a lazy ass XD Here they go:

1. I guess you know what my name is already, so ONWARD! XD My favourite color is green... Maybe because I'm a HORRIBLY calm person.
2. The things I most cling onto are my family and friends and if there's something that can drive me crazy, that's them arguing.
3. I'm kind of gaga. XD If you take a look at my profile picture here, you'll be even more assured of it XD (that's not my hair, it's an afro wig I wore at a retro party!)
4. Relaxing after a hard day by slaughtering 1000+ people in some hack 'n slash game (Dynasty Warriors, for example, no matter which part)? Awesome!
5. Perhaps a better way to relax is only to hang out with friends at a park and/or a pub and have a beer. Prefered brands - Staropramen (Czech) and Shumensko (Bulgarian), lately Kamenitsa as well (also Bulgarian).
6. I LOVE cooking, although it's not always successful XD The more people there are to have spasms after my culinary experiments, the better (muahahahahah!) I also make some alcoholic drinks ^^
7. I can draw and people say I'm quite good at it, but I haven't drawn anything for a waaaay longer time than I want, so it's time I get my pencils moving :D
8. I also write fiction :) I have several essays and poems and a fantasy story I would like to publish once it's done :)
9. I love animals, especially wolves!
10. I collect minerals and gems. Right now I have approximatelly 100 specimens from 50 different types of minerals :)

Oh, and something more: the things I can't go without!

1. My cell phone
2. The knife.. The last thing I received from my father... Another reason why it's so dear to me is because it's twin-knife belongs to Stef (I gifted it to him a long time ago when we struck six months together... teehee)
3. My minerals collection. I know the name of each single one of them, but don't ask me how I remember them, because I don't know :D
4. My animal figures (all made of stone and all a gift from somebody, except the biggest wolf... It's a gift from myself to myself :P)
5. My favourite hematite jewel set (necklace, bracelet, earrings and ring) None of them was originally a set with any of the other, I compiled the set myself :) And yes, the earrings and the bracelet have magnetic properties... Which means I can never lose a single earring, just the two of them together :D

That's me pretty much :)

Hey there again :)

Hey guys, it's been quite a while :) There's been nothing so remarkable going on, so it's going to be a short one this time ^^

First of all, Stef's cat (Benny) is getting better and is now trying to use her hind legs properly. She still has some time to go until she's capable of walking, though.

The guys are having a concert at (in my opinion) Sofia's best club, "Rock Theatre" on Thursday (20th Oct, to be exact). They'll be playing along with another band, "Avatar", which they got to know from the fest "Grumnitsa" (the one they managed to organize themselves, remember? :) )

I'm going to have my first Chinese test next Monday... Keep some chants and mantras going on, so I don't screw it too badly ^^' I hope it's just that I'm anxious, not that I don't know the material...

That's pretty much all for now :) Bye till next time!

P.S. The first snow in Bulgaria fell this morning, no kidding :X Which means I'm going to break out in a folk and pagan metal wave again (pretty much the same happens every winter ^^') In that matter, here's something for you ;)

Hey Ho!

Howdy, people :) It's been a while, so here's what I've been up to:

Stef, Marian and I went to "Maskata" club ("The Mask") to wave some hair and limbs at the music of A-grupata (they play only covers of other rock & metal groups, but definatelly know how to get a party going). Due to too much headbanging my back, neck and legs felt a bit uneasy the next day, but it was worth it :) We spent one hell of a good time and the thing I liked most is something Marian said when a sappy ballad was playing and there were dancing couples all around us three, while we were hugged together (imagine the picture XD) and he said "Hey guys, what would have happened if I hadn't rang at the Military Club that other day, huh?"

Before you make the "What the hell is she talking about?!" look, I'll explain: Stef used to visit the Military club for drum lessons (he is Vriava's drummer, remember?), when Marian called them there because he was looking for a drummer to play music with. That was about three years ago, when I still didn't know them both :) They got separated for a year, because Marian started working, and that's where I came into the picture :P Which, in turn, explains why I know Marian for less time than Stef ^^

Anyways, you got what I meant now, right? And the reason why I felt what Marian said so heartwarming? :)

The next morning, however, started with an accident: we slept at Stef's place, and just when I was about to go home, his mother came to us looking very worried, because one of their cats (they have two black ones, a brother and a sister) was pinched under their car's front hood. When Stef got her out she was dead scared and couldn't move her hind legs :X We got sick worried and drove her to my vet (their wasn't working because it was Sunday) where she had an X-ray done on her spine and hips. It actually turned out she had no fractures at all and there were just some hematoms. :) That's a good thing, because she now stands a pretty good chance of recovery (if there had been a fracture on her hip joints or worst, her spine, it could've lead us to euthanizing her).

That's all for now, folks, I'll catch up with you later :)

The new beginning

Hi, I'm officialy a student now! It's been quite a week since I last wrote... I've barely had enough time to brush my teeth (literally)...

So, as I'm writing and you're reading, I've already had almost all my university subjects:
- Grammar (well, I guess you can't go without that, can you?);
- Hieroglyphics (There I'm learning not only the hieroglyphs themselves, but also how they've come to be and how they've evolved from pictograms to what they are today);
- Listening exercises (no explanation needed here, I guess);
- Linguistics (the conception of language and the sciense involved with studying it);
- Literature (not exactly, but this is the closest term I can think of by translating literally, and I can't give an explanation on what it involves as a subject, because we haven't had it yet).

Apart from univercity, I haven't got much time because of my dog Terry. Don't get me wrong, I love him very much and he's a sweet little critter, but being a pup still growing into a young adult, he is very demanding, plus he is still recovering from a car accident (he got away with just two broken teeth and a cracked leg bone... could've been much worse). Anyhow, there he is :)

Oh, oh, oh, a chewbone!

What? I'm just watching you...

Such a cute little face ^^

His favourite sleeping pose

Just relaxing with his bandage still on... It's removed now.

When he isn't sleeping, he likes playing with random stuff at home (and he LOVES his rabbit plushie and empty kitchen paper rolls)...

That's from me for now, I need t go to bed, because I'm going to have my new ID card produced tomorrow and for that I need an early start :) Byes till next time I write (I'll try it to be sooner)!
